EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We accept eligible exchanges and returns (minus shipping costs) for items returned within 30 days of order date. Items returned or exchanged must be sent back in secure packaging such as the same box sent in. NOTE: Items are not accepted if returned in an envelope, and we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss on uninsured or poorly packaged shipments. Items eligible for returns and exchanges must be unworn, and in their original condition. Items not eligible for returns or exchanges anytime are ear gauges/ plugs and mammoth ivory rings.
