Shipping policy

US SHIPPING:

Ivory Jacks ships via USPS Priority mail (3-5 business days + *processing time) for free on orders $100+ shipped within the United States. No coupon code needed. US orders under $100 ships for a discounted $8.

USPS priority Express (2-3 business days + *processing time) can be selected at checkout with a discounted $25. cost.

*Add 2-4 business days for processing time on top of estimated shipping times so that we may prepare your order for you. Note we are closed all major holidays and weekends.*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

*ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) national strike, all Canada Post operations have been shut down. We are not able to fulfill and ship international orders to Canada via USPS at this time.

Prehistoric woolly mammoth ivory, mammoth tooth, and druzy can be shipped internationally via USPS priority or USPS priority express mail. We are unable to ship fossil walrus ivory, ram horn, vintage or reclaimed ebony wood, or moose antler internationally. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT A GUARANTEED TIME SERVICE. We do not have any control over how long a package may take in international customs.

International priority shipping to the United Kingdom, and Australia are available online at checkout with exact shipping costs. General time in transit is 10-14 business days not including holidays and weekends and DOES NOT INCLUDE POTENTIAL TIME IN CUSTOMS (not a guaranteed time service). International priority express is an estimated 5-7 business days and DOES NOT INCLUDE POTENTIAL TIME IN CUSTOMS. Shipping fees only cover shipping charges and do not cover any potential taxes or duties.
