Our most substantial ulu! Certified made in Alaska by Chupak in the state capital of Juneau. Featuring a big hand made caribou antler handle and base, and genuine Damascus steel ulu blade.

The ulu is an all purpose knife mainly used in the kitchen for cutting fish, meat, vegetables, herbs, and even cheese and pizza! A very versatile, easy to use, and ultra sharp cutting tool.

Traditionally, the ulu was used by the Inuit people of Alaska and Canada for skinning and cutting meat and fish.

Hand wash the blade portion only and dry immediately when cleaning.
