Fossil walrus ivory is found by chance on Saint Lawrence Island, Alaska by inhabitants of the island. Fossil materials may range from several hundred to several thousand years of age and may vary in tone from cream to tan or brown. Your pair may vary from photograph due to the unique fossil nature of our rare products.
