Fossil Walrus "Oosik" Earrings

Fossil walrus Oosik Earrings are set with either solid 14kt French hooks or sterling silver french hooks.
The "oosik" is the male portion or baculum of the walrus, and each fossil walrus oosik is found by chance in Alaska. Each penis bone is unique, and sizes, colors and shapes may vary. Fossil oosiks are naturally available in cream, tan, brown, or grey depending upon where the material was buried, and for how many hundreds or thousands of years.
